How do we represent ourselves to the opposite sex:?

We present the representative...that is the part of our persona we have created to present us in the best light we believe is possible to the world...that could be a representative of who we want to be, or who we used to be...but it is rarely who you are.  Mind you, there are only a small percentage of adult males and females in the world that are who they appear to be. Within that small percentage there are the even smaller percentage of those who are in fact not deluded about who they are.  It is then left for those "real" peold a single person that is not detestable...and why is that the gay person who you never expected to begin with...just kidding...but it seems that there are very slim numbers of us who believe it is imperative to keep our soul's light pure enough to shelf the idea of a representative, and go with the owner of the self.  Thhat would be the owner who is the real you...the owner of self. the personal side of the personality. the varient of the soul that is you...in real time. 

In the company of the opposite sex this seems to become amplified to proportions worthy of ridecule.  We are feverish about protecting the ideal of the persona we seek to impart with each of the relationships we embark upon.
