I hope everybody pays attention to the real point of over zealous "CALL OF DOOTY" heros, the paid crowd instigators at peace rallies and let's not forget the MILITIA FORCE  #SWAT UNITS raids using faulty information often killing and maiming children and animals! As a people we must choose another method of policing our self, because it's really us any uniform on it, when do police officers stop being the people? Is it brand out of them in training, by military for policies we vote for. ..they become policy enforcers.
So ... what policies are these executioners of the #LAW* and order we vote in paid officials to set up a civil society. Why would our police need to become militarized, unless, of course, there is an obvious terrorist threat against the people who pay them to protect us. Is this a systemic issue of lower income populations, oftentimes characterized by race, systematically exterminated by both institutionalize racist governmental departments, which are often run by unseen forces,  promoting a agenda of EUGENICS, using the PATRIOT Act, the HOMELAND SECURITY ACT, and every other ILLEGALLY obtained ACT/#cannedtyranny... A civilian population and stir it up with racial motivation! It seems that like the Native Americans we are a direct threat in our being known to our system subject to fight back, rise up and likely to Revolt first! But believe the television will not TELL OUR story, only his, they cannot know our VISION... It has nothing to do with Swag! 

The devastating effects of policies, parading as protection, but are really freedom revoking tyranny of God given freedoms, reduced to sound bites after overnight coupes taking place on our elected officials downtime, or while we were sleeping usually over holiday!  This would not be only the obviousness of the super popular popularized issue of increasing the debt ceiling we all disagree with, and probably ...not limited to the Federal Reserve Act, or the IRS Act, HOVER VILL ACTION, and our unconsenting agreement to the Amero, coming soon to your fear based imploding economy! If the guy that on the banks that all in our country, they are also willing to send us to war for oil field that don't belong to us to keep this addiction going! And with that the illusion that we are the most powerful country in the world, but to ensure we settle down and appreciate the nice looking black guy in office as a representative of the rest of us, as if that makes our voices heard some how :-( we are further quelled by the concept that everything's alright, Barack Obama will save you, change is now! Wake up!  Foreight debt and excessive spending being the issue, war and acquisition a cash cow, and domestic population control with a little state military police thing on the side is what we really get! We are now in a world stage being watched, the Chinese are laying down in the streets for the right to vote, and we're doing peace marches for the right to be treated like human beings?
It's time to revise the paradigm, we need a new plan and solid leadership from among the actual people, not the cousins of these 1% elitist selected MK ULTRA Program Retainees/Manchurian Candidates. We have crossed our own lines! The fact that our president can sit both as the head of the UN even for a day and still be a President of the United States is a simple macrocosm of what's happening with our police state!
The police can both be a brute force against the people, and yet masquerade as peacekeepers for the people... because yes,  some of them are goodguys from among us. But more and more we are seeing the militarized version of CALL OF HOWDY DOOTY in full war gear our street as if we are the enemies, as though the American population itself is under attack. That would be civil war wouldn't it? #CALLOFDUTYTRAINING REALLY?
In the case of #EricGarner this dude was breaking up a fight  The homicide charges never even made it to accountability or request for status of the victim.
And the fact that he was not under arrest to begin with, he wasn't even charged with anything except having loosey cigarettes, that's an IRS offense!  So the police are working for the IRS now!  Get completely out of your jurisdiction buddy! No proof, no probable cause, no jurisdiction and thus no status fir NYPD in the situation; but hey let's throw in brute force, illegally used in the call of dooty... against policies of NYPDs own department fire 20! years ( he didn't look old enough to have been trained 20 years ago... Unless he was a trained assassin, we can fact apparently he is ) = on justifiable homicide, ends with there needs to be some retribution paid and some justice offered in full for Murder!
Let's see. .. not to mention they really shouldn't have any questions about the order of events, when the evidence preceded the inquiry.... SURROUNDED by police and tackled to the grown screaming for then to please stop. .. They were only able to abscond him because he had his hands up, had he been in fight mode one of them would be dead too! In which case there might be some justification for putting his hands on him, that is not the case however! This crap has got to end! When are we going to voice a plan of correcting. . . WHAT are we going to do? And a county officials, requesting a county employee to be judge by a secret grand jury decision should also make us we evaluate! But then again, it is the criminal justice system, assumedly meaning what it sounds like it means! Justice for criminal in the system much like a sewer of bullshit! Not to mention the people standing around who should have been considered accessory to murder, have not only been absolved of any wrongdoing, they have been pardoned with impunity! This is ridiculous! I am embarrassed to be an American today! This was a murder, a homicide committed with the use of physical force that has been banned by the definitivly by the NYPD for over 20 years! The medical examiner ruled it as a homicide, so this is just another bulletin point in the greater issue of institutional racism, and it should go to trial like any other by professional appeals!

. :-) however Young Mr. Brown did not steal the cigarillos... It came out in the case that he had purchased them many times and as they often did, they gave him the wrong kind, the video we saw was his returning pissed off at the guy who did it all the time. So he threw the cigarello that he had purchased back at him and grab the ones he paid for and left! Not to mention the cop who killed him wasn't looking 4 the thief that wasn't reported, and yet there was no plausible report brought up by the prosecution about it. He was a kid, and he was killed by someone who wanted to exert their authority over them, and see him diminished, child come submitted! The young man might have done it differently had he been older and wiser, but he wasn't because he was a child, albeit a big one! And so even if he had a stolen cigarettes and that werent accurate story... Is there any purpose in calling out a gun for a misdemeanor of less than a $5 charge!
In the case of Eric Gardner, he had no cigarettes on him. He had once before been accused of something similar, hence his statement at the beginning of the original video, you guys are always harassing me about selling some Loosies... Even if he had this is really an IRS issue, the illegality would have been evading paying taxes on the Lucy's he sold, even if you sold a whole carton it would not equivalent to physical arrest, not to mention it would be out of their jurisdiction anyway! However there was no evidence of any cigarettes on this person at the time of his apprehension, and subsequent murder. Let us also point out that this was not why the police were there to begin with, they came supposedly, to break up a fight that he had already quelled and taken care of. Essentially he was being a Good Samaritan, actually helping the police by breaking up a fight at a public area... Essentially us citizen arrest, which usually comes with commendations and awards and appreciation. In addition to the fact that he was not actually being arrested, only accused of something with no proof, or probable cause... He was attacked from behind while his hands were up, none of the police officers there told him he was under arrest, nor did they read him his rights, and they had already surrounded him, he was no threat with his hands up in a swarm as he surrendered, asking them please do not touch me! And pleading with him because he could not breathe, using tactics that have been banned from the New York City Police Department for 20 years! Those surrounding officers acted as a bunch of a random guys, not correcting him as they witnessed the murder and work corroborating if only with complicity... yet most also tackled him. The article here's accessories to murder,  as the actual murder strangled him to death in an illegal use of force, band by his own departmental policies! We're not even going to go into the excessive force argument except to say these men were not under arrest to warrant any force used at all . Neither of them had been charged with anything, or even accused of anything at the time of their murders. Much like the murder at Fruitvale station!
Because they were large black men they pose a threat just by existing.
In the case of Darren Wilson, who had been fired from his previous position for racial profiling of blacks, he already had an admitted issue with being racist and using excessive force unnecessarily in his line of duty. What more really needs to be said, oh yeah the fact that he aggressed against a citizen because he felt threatened after he attacked him without probable cause! That sounds like a personal issue, not an act of a peace officer in the line of his actual public duty to keep and maintain the peace! Or not repeatedly young black men execute with a piece! Essentially he's a child killer, and that murder needs to stand trial in a COURT FOR Justice, not in THE CRIMINALS OF JUSTICE SYSTEM, clearly that is just-icing reserved for criminals only!
In the case where Eric Gardner was surrounded by all of the police officers you could see the fear on the little guys face and then obviously need to almost hunt him down, and at least exert his authority over him in whatever way he could! And by defrauding the trust of the people these militant racist authoritarian scared "Call of (Howdy) Dooty" trainees,  are expressing this cycle of psychotic need to dominate what they're really afraid... of which is you, the black man ;!

Our Law makers are puppets to the Military industrial complex and the All MIGHTY corporations, Exxon, Mobile, Mcdonalds, Pfizer etc etc...... Laws are passed today not based on CIVIL Rights but on the basis of creating wealth..... and BTW why is the US defense department  donating tanks, grenade launchers, basically military weapons made for war to LOCAL POLICE departments?!?!?!?!!? I'm telling you the Game is rigged and we are on the losing side...

I think about every American waking up... in choosing to do something different would begin a revolution... that would turn into a civil war! Is that what we want? No. ..I don't! So the question is who is fighting against the people? And how do we address this privatization of our human rights and so called civil liberties and constitutionally upheld right to our God blessed freedoms. Our is it really going to be this military police state or is it the corporate person, that wants to keep these "scary" (Black men with big dicks, intimidating in myth and actual size. .. Possibly could usurp the powers that be merely with there swagelicious culture, oddly also by insemination, melting America down into brown people... Who would know who's white collar as opposed to blacklisted then? )! These are parties of our young men of color being put in check with culpable legal fiction posing as law!? 
It's not bad enough that our so-called subsequent freedom from slavery in this country, was fooled with reconstruction being repealed because of the poor agricultural economic conditions the country went through without free labor. So just as in the Holocaust a group of people was blamed for the socio-economic conditions of the day, targeted, scapegoat-ed, and then executed en'mass. What's next a big theme of this "THREAT"... FEMA coffins... yeah for all these insurgent 'monkey' 'animals',huh officer Wilson?

Yes praying is the best way for the spirit to be moved within us, so I agree we must combine our collective prayer energy and change the time now for the sake of all the children of Adam... This is the responsibility of the believers who know better!
We marched, practitioners of peaceful movements, chanting beautifully that we will overcome! I love it thank you for that vibrational uplifting powered by the heritage and legacy a strong people who could endure what we should not have to! No one should have to in any civilized culture be attacked so consistently by the very people who we pay to protect our freedoms, person, and property!
