No Rentals: Membership only

What is the value of your property? Are you a rental property or may be available for purchase or are you a membership only property... Something like time share properties... Can they make it rain and you are in the game?

Men who don't value women inevitably find a way to rent, lease purchase, or just do a one night motels stays if they can get away with it. The value of your property is only as valuable as you allow it to be. If you put rental rates up, you will get renters. If you put a for sale sign you will eventually find a purchaser, that means one who owns the property. If you have memberships available, that's member ship, (as in a agreed upon opportunity,) you will get member!
